ISO 9001 : 2015 defines the criteria for a Management System. ISO 9001 is the sole standard in the catageory used to certify management systems (even though not being a requirement). Any organization, no matter its size or field of activities, can use it.

ISO 14001: 2015, which defines Environmental Management System criteria, is for certification. It provides a framework companies or organizations can apply to setup an effecient system. Any organizations, no matter their activities or sector, can use it. ISO 14001: 2015 provides the management, staff and external stakeholders with ensurance that environmental impact assessment is  taken care of.

OHSAS 18001 : the standard relates to the method of setting up a health and safety management at work. The goal is to achieve better risk management, reduce labour accidents, comply with legislation and improve performance.
