Project Background :

The Cité Soleil and Surroundings Sanitation Project comes within the context of Drinking Water and Sanitation Program (PEPAM), adopted by the Government of Senegal in 2005 as a tool in achieving by 2015, the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
Consistency of the work : 

  • Achievement of a sewage network including the construction and equipping of a pumping station;
  • achievement of a rainwater drainage network;
  • achievement of a sewage pumping station;
  • discharge pipes;
  • Road network and miscellaneous network: 62,839-m2  track in  interlocking pavers, ie 12,300 ml.
