Seydou Mamadou COULIBALY is the President of CIRA SAS, a company he founded in September 1991 with his partner.

Co-founder of CIRA SAS, Mr. DIALLO is an Engineer in Hydraulic Engineering specialized in road and hydrology. He has thirty (30) years of experience in the profession including twenty-eight (28) with CIRA SAS.

Seydou TRAORÉ is an Economist and Engineer specializing in statistics. His main qualifications include the following areas of expertise: management, economics, transport economics, agro-economics, socio-economics, statistics, and planning and definition studies.

Mr. Nimonguibé LALLE holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the School of Agronomy of Lomé in Togo.  He also holds a DESS in Agricultural Water Systems from the Inter-State School of Rural Equipment Engineers in Burkina Faso, a Specialty Certificate in Agricultural Water Systems from the Federal Polytechnic School of Lausanne, Switzerland and a Master's Degree in Industrial and Environmental Risk Management from the University of Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso.

Haoua DOUMBIA holds a DESS in Banking Techniques from the Institut Technique de Banque (Banking Technical Institute) in Mali in 2008.

Before joining CIRA SA, Ms. DOUMBIA was Head Office Branch Manager of Atlantic Bank of Mali in Bamako.

In 2011 she joined CIRA SAS and currently holds the position of Contracts and Collections Manager. 

Cheick Tidiane MARIKO, is holder of Computer Science Secondary Education Diploma from l'Université de OUAGADOUGOU, (University of Ouagadougou), holder of a  Business Administration Degree from Institut Supérieur d’Informatique Appliquée et de Management de Agadir (Higher Applied Computer Science and Management Institute of Agadir), Morocco and an MBA in Audit and Management Control from Pôle École Supérieure de Gestion (Center of the Higher School for Management) – Paris.
