Seydou Mamadou COULIBALY began his career as Project Manager in technical execution studies in Mali and Burkina Faso. He has held the positions of Design Engineer, Studies and Project Manager in more than ten countries in West and Central Africa.
Seydou Mamadou COULIBALY is the President of CIRA SAS, a company he founded in September 1991 with his partner.
He is holder if a Civil Engineering Degree with as Major: Hydraulic from the National School of Engineers (ENI) of Bamako, holder of a Higher Specialized Studies Degree called DESS in Hydro-Agricultural Development from the Inter-State Engineer School (ÉIER) of Burkina Faso, and holder of a Specialty Certificate in Agricultural water systems from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL).
